・We will process and ship your order via e-packet with a tracking number.
・Delivery may not be available in some regions. Please check this page for details.
・If the item is in stock, we will prepare and ship your order within 9–20 business days.
 (For pre-order items, we will notify you of the estimated shipping schedule.)
・Our business days are Monday to Friday. Public holidays and weekends are excluded.
 Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For U.S. Customers:
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged when your order enters the United States.
These fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address,
no refund will be issued for the product or shipping cost.
Re-shipping is available; however, additional shipping fees will apply.
